I was roaming the web and came across some really good life tips. We find ourselves caught up on the negative a lot and that makes it hard to really appreciate the positive things that come our way. A lot of these tips are things that has helped me keep a positive mind even when times are rough. I hope these seven tips can help you today 💞:
1. Just let it go: Dont ruin a perfectly good time, or day by dwelling on the past.
2. Ignore those that mean you no good: not everybody is going to agree with the way you love your life, but it’s your life not theirs
3. All things take time: as cliché as it sounds. All things do heal over time, you just have to give it the time to heal.
4. Comparisons are a recipe for a disaster: never compare your success with another’s. That can lead you to feeling like your life is moving slow, when in reality you’re right where you’re supposed to be. The only person you should try to beat is the person you were yesterday
5. Keep Calm: Things are not always going to be figured out. You won’t always know everything and that is okay. Be okay with not being okay sometimes
6. You are in control: You are responsible for your own success. If you don’t like the way your life is going, you have the ability to change it
7. Just smile: it takes more face muscles to frown
than to smile. Don’t waste your precious time being upset or angry. Shit happens, it’s what you do going forward that makes a difference
