Start that journal, make that list, begin that hobby, do that meal prep.
These are all things in the past that I told myself that I was going to do but never started them. I’ve struggled so bad with procrastination over the years that I’ve found myself doing something literally minutes before I was suppose to get something done or not at all. Am I the only one who used to shop for gifts the day of someones birthday ? Or Christmas? I always told myself that I would get better. It took until 2018 till I finally saw progress.
When you set goals for yourself rather that be mental note goals or physically writing them down, it’s up to you to actually do them. I started to do this thing where I get a wall hanging calendar and every time I completed a goal, I wrote it down in a sticky note and I put in on the calendar and at the end of the month I could see all that I’ve accomplished for the month, no goal was left off the calendar big or small. Being able to see my progress every months motivated me to continuously be meet my goals and actually meet them on time (not last minute).
This year so far, I started my journal, I started making myself daily goals that I’ve completed, I’ve started teaching my own yoga classes, now that meal prep whew Chile that’s gonna take some time...
But alas, no goal is too small and neither is any goal to big to reach. You are literally in control of your goals, the question Is how hard do you want to reach them?
