experience, Dria holds certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition
Coaching through NASM, as well as qualifications in Stretch Therapy and
Yoga Instruction. Her holistic approach to fitness ensures that your journey

Dria is a great trainer. Since I’ve been working with her my blood pressure and resting heart rate has decreased, I’m much stronger, and I sleep better. She’s very patient and considerate of my health and personal challenges. Dria accommodates my schedule. She gives tough love with a warm smile and spirit. Dria great to work with.
